Role & Responsibilities

• Identification of client needs in process automation and their translation into RPA development. Configure and develop RPA robots using the UiPath tool.
• Review code quality with peers.
• Conduct unit tests and acceptance testing of robots before production deployment.
• Analyze and correct reported anomalies in collaboration with infrastructure teams when necessary.
• Maintain robots in operational conditions. Write technical specifications and keep documentation up to date.
• Contribute to the development of documents intended for operational management.
• Coordinate and maintain the quality of robot implementation. Validate the quality of the implementation and conduct technical retrospectives, as well as advocate for prioritization of technical needs in the backlog.
• Facilitate Daily meetings and retrospectives for a team of 4 people.
• Prepare and lead meetings on the progress of developments in line with the team’s roadmap.

• Unit and end-to-end testing of robots in a test and pre-production environment.
• Production deployment and monitoring of runs.
• Maintenance of processes in production and qualification of anomalies, identification and implementation of corrections/adjustments.

Intervention with several major companies in test automation as a developer, test analyst, automation lead, and test manager, primarily in the automation of testing.

• As an expert in test automation, I led the automation of SAP workflows in the HR, FI/CO, MM, and SD areas, collaborating directly with functional teams to develop test cases and ensure the integrity of validation environments.
• I designed and implemented an automation framework using Selenium WebDriver and Java, while also providing training on these tools.
• My experience also includes defining automation strategies based on ROI analysis and managing automated testing campaigns while maintaining associated documentation with HP QC and ALM.
• I trained and coached testers on automation practices, contributing to process improvements and client satisfaction, while ensuring adherence to development standards.
