Purchase and resale of used vehicles to car dealers.
We created this company in order to provide a solution to French car dealers to have a new sourcing of vehicles ready to be sold. The cars are sourced throughout the entire European Union, we take care of the research / proposal, delivery, preparation, and all the administrative work concerning the registration of the vehicle.
We created our company with 100€, and in 2024, we achieved a turnover of + 4 million euros, and 200 vehicles sold to the main French automobile distribution groups, for the following brands: Peugeot, BMW, Nissan, Toyota, VW/Audi, Porsche...

In direct collaboration with the national director responsible for used vehicles, my role was to supervise the team and carry out purchases of used vehicles for VW Retail France (distribution network comprising 100 dealerships in France).
On a daily basis, my tasks were:
- Know the vehicle needs for our dealerships
- Negotiate vehicles directly with the Austrian parent company PHS Salzburg
- Develop the supplier portfolio
- Ensure with dealers the good quality of the vehicles received
- Logistics from purchase to customer delivery, by carrying out regular calls for tenders
- KPI monitoring - number of vehicles sold, final margin achieved by the dealership, vehicle sales time, delivery time, reconditioning costs, percentage of vehicles sold on financing, etc.
- Develop the harmonization of purchasing procedures between the different subsidiaries of VW Retail Europe
