Dynamic with PhD in microbiology and expérience with omic data analysis, especially in TnSeq data analysis. I have expérience also in in vivo models, complemented by strong problem-solving skills. Experienced in working in BSL2/BSL3 environments. I am interested in bacterial adaptation to its environnement and host-pathogen interactions.
