Responsible for IT topics in Vitesco Technologies France (3 locations : Toulouse, Foix, Boussens);

Direct management of the local team (10 HC);

Hierarchical management of the IT hub hosted in Toulouse (4 competency centers, 20 HC).

Key achievements :

In the context of the Continental / Vitesco SPIN-OFF :

• I created from scratch the local team (10 HC);
• I contracted a sub-contractor partner for IMAC/D, level2 and backoffice support;
• I recreated a local infrastructure in Toulouse (which was a 'zebra location' with 1500 Conti employees and 1500 VT employees). This was done mainly by redesigning the LAN, creating datacenters, contracting ISPs, taking over from Conti 200 VM used by R&D and creating a phone infrastructure.

I led the cybersecurity upgrade of the production environment in Foix and Boussens over the last 2 years.

The huge improvement on cybersecurity allowed us to obtain the TISAX certification for the 2 production locations and to close all the findings from Corporate IT audit on production environment.

In the context of creating a completely new SAP template for all Continental Automotive locations, Toulouse was chosen as the pilot location. I took the lead of the project on Business side by coordinating 30 keyusers and being the location interface to the IT SAP teams.

Key achievements :

Significant involvement of Toulouse keyusers in writing the blueprints;

Successfull data migration validations and user acceptance tests;

Adequate change management done by end-to-end testing and user training;

The project was a success and the template (SPIRIT) was widely roll-outed at Continental and Vitesco Technologies.

Temporary (1 year) take over of the role of Local IT Manager (LITM) of the Rambouillet location in addition to my role as LITM of Toulouse, Foix and Boussens during a long sick leave of the Rambouillet LITM.

• This included the direct responsibility of the local team (9HC);
• The direct lead of several local projects out of control.

Abroad experience in being LITM of a location in the Netherlands;

Several management experiences in managing IT infrastructure teams and developer teams;

Several experiences in creating and managing saving plans.
