Restaurant Clerk
Worked as an intern for 16 weeks at "Le Grill", a bistronomic restaurant at the "Hôtel du Cap Eden Roc", a palace on the French Riviera.
A fruitful experience during which I worked as not only a clerk in the restaurant while helping with setting it up everyday but also during various events such as the AMFAR during the Cannes Festival or a 400 people wedding.
