I am an experienced, passionate, and competent food scientist specializing in edible plant functional ingredients. I enjoy carrying out hands-on research in the laboratory as well as developing new ideas and applying academic knowledge to industry. In the past several years of in-depth study, I investigated the food functionalities on gut health, improved the clean-in-place method in the beverage process, and obtained basic knowledge about the beverage production process. I am eager to start a career in the industry, where I am looking forward to applying my current competencies.
