My experience as a UL global leader in packaging has been built over 20 years of working across several regions and categories, more recently leading UL's global sustainability plastic agenda. Some achievements include: Pioneering processes and technologies to land market innovation, for example, the collection of black plastic in the UK. Developing the B&W Plastic and Net Zero Strategy that was the first to be signed off by the chairs of the regions, Designing and implementing global reporting and tracking framework that was deemed best practice by packaging community. My passion is to build and mentor teams to challenge the norm and achieve and communicate innovative solutions to difficult problems. I am ready for this role as packaging Director having demonstrated experience of operating at a senior level showing resilience diplomacy and assertiveness to deliver on the business objectives.
