Owned dealership of the Stellantis Group (Fiat/Abarth/Alfa Romeo/Jeep). 40 Mio turnover, 35 employees. Management of an Accounting Team of 6 employees.

1. Controlling / Reporting:

• Perform month-end closing activities (IFRS, Swiss GAAP) , ensuring all financial data is correctly accounted for and reported with reconciliation of data from multiple sources.
• Responsible for the making of the annual Budgets and quarterly Forecasts. Variance analysis Actual Vs. Forecast.
• Review the work of the accountants for entries made into the accounting system, ensuring bookkeeping is done accurately and appropriately.
• Supervise Overhead cost reduction plans with re-negociation of current contracts.
• Monitoring of all the CAPEX (expenses, ROI).

2. Accounting, Payroll & Treasury:

• Prepare monthly financial statements: Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow forecasts.
• Supervise the Overdue receivables together with the Treasury and Cash Collection Department.
• Coordinate internal (compliance) & external Audits (Swiss Gaap, IFRS).
• Payroll management for the whole staff (pay sheets, accounting).

Financial controller of the Swiss subsidiary Sogetrel Switzerland (25 Mio CHF turnover). June 2008 to November 2010. Management of 2 accountants.

• Preparation of Swiss statutory financial statements.
• Implementation of some IT tools in order to monitor the monthly activity (Order book).
• Projects follow-up (Turnover, Margins, Stocks).
• Monitoring of the Cash management and responsible for the car fleet management.

Financial controller for the East area of France. (Turnover 40 Mio €, 150 employees). October 2006 to May 2008. Management of 3 accountants.

• As a right-hand man of the Managing director, I was responsible for the monthly reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet) and for the budget and forecasts on a perimeter of six agencies.
• Monitoring of the progress of some big projects (until 20 mio € budget) managing investments, car fleets and leading inventory controls.
• Monitoring of the CAPEX and investment returns. (until 500 k€).

• Preparation of the Financial Statements (7 subsidiaries, 450 employees).
• Preparation of the weekly and monthly indicators.
• Determination of the level of customer receivables and customer’s reminders to be sent.
• General Comments for the Board of Directors.
• Management of the CAPEX and cost-saving plans.
• Stakeholder in the reorganization and cost cutting plan.

• Consolidation and piloting Zones Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Finland, Sweden.
• Financial Statements and P&L by store (156 stores).
• Implementation of SAP R3 for the entire Northern Europe store network
• Follow-up of the stores investment requests and cost-saving plans.

• Responsible for the R&D reporting and for all the budget process.
• Monitoring of the Overheads per Department and analysis of the gaps.
• Administration of the SAP and Hyperion Reporting tools.
