RFQ process from requirement analysis to proposal delivery, ensuring alignment with customer needs and securing product development awards through expert negotiations.

multidisciplinary teams management (HW, SW, SYS, MEC, validation, safety) during RFQ, ensuring timely and high-quality technical outputs.
- Compliance & Commitment Oversight:
management of compliance matrices, ensuring all customer requirements were met and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.

technical interface for customers, delivering presentations and ensuring clear communication of technical proposals and progress updates.

• 800 V SIC PMSM inverter hardware architecture definition and design
• 400 & 800 excitation inverter architecture design and standardization
• RFQs (Request for quotation) management
• HW requirement and specification matrix management

• Definition of the product boards and of the eBOM (electronic Bill of Material)
• BOM quotation with the purchasing team

• Tri-phased core ( with a magnetic concentrator integrated ) Hall effect current measurement
characterization
• Design and management of a coreless hall effect current measurement solution (differential hall effect

• Design, development and production of a traction inverter 150 KW 400 V EESM :
• Definition of the Hardware (HW) architecture (Analog, digital and power architecture)

• Board definition (CONTROL BOARD, DRIVER BOARD, FILTER BOARD)
• Development of the inverter project following the V cycle (set up of an HW development plan, HW level 3 planning, activity follow up during the product entire life time design and validation)
• Technical management of internal resources (5 located in Cergy) and external resources (6 located in Valeo Chennai)
