• Designed dashboards using Power BI and Excel to report and track the frequency of incidents KPIs which helped clients (Alaska Airlines) to focus on application bugs and reduced the incident count by 10% in the year 2023.

• Led a team of 3 members as a part of Incident Management for the Alaska Airlines by coordinating with external vendors like Sabre and Middleware team, that helped cognizant in resolving critical issues within 2 hours without breaching client's Service Level Agreement .

• Contributed by mitigating 50+ critical issues by creating monitoring alert for critical applications using monitoring tools which helped to analysis the logs and data of the issue.

• Coordinated with client team to develop a web application called Aviation Security using C#, NET framework and SQL DB as a backend developer.

• Joined as an Airport Customer Experience professional for the client Alaska Airlines project under Cognizant, wherein trained primarily on the roles of Incident Management, Data handling and Technical Support.
