Main activities:

Continuous support for Airbus fleet (A320, A330, A350 and A380):

• Improving product by conducting detailed design reviews and implementing necessary changes via minor and major modifications.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering designs into final products.
• Optimized existing designs, reducing production costs and enhancing overall performance.
• Resolved critical issues during manufacturing processes through close collaboration with production teams and suppliers. Including FALs support (concession, DQNs,...) and suppliers.
• Continuous airworthiness task for in-service programs acting as CVE (Compliance Verification Engineer).
• Configuration steering of modifications.

In service support:

• Customer services support.
• Repair Technical Engineer for in-service events.
• 24/7 AOG support.

R&T activities:

• New APU suspension systems proposals.
• New engine concept development and integration, such as TORO project.
• DDMS for A320: new digital Mock Up for APU integration components.

Delegations:

• Approving for Airbus commercial fleet for ATA 0000, 2613, 2622 and 4900: concessions, Declaration of Design and Performance (DDP), DQN Technical Solution, Flight Test Request, MP Dossier for MOD Closure, Full TRS, Powerplant Design Data, Powerplant Functional Hazard Assessment, Powerplant System Description Document, Powerplant Technical Specifications.
• Engineering RDTS Repair Technical Engineer (ATA 0000, 2613, 2622 and 4900): RTE1, RTE2 and RTE3.
• Airworthiness Approving (CVE) ATA 4900.

Main activities:

• Modifications and configuration control related with PwP (delta-2, delta-1, MP, TRS, MODs, Stage 0, Stage 3...)
• Weekly meeting with the design office to track the modifications.
• Transnational meeting with the engine and propeller supplier (Europroop and Ratier-Figeac)
• Realization of the documentation needed for the modifications in ICC tool (CR, MP, TRS,…)
• Attendance to CCB (Control Board Change) as Configuration Manager.
• A400M aircraft Type Certificate contribution.
