Highlights Achievements
- Lead a team that developed an Excel macro spreadsheet that captures the OHADA accounts from the clients’ accounts produced in IFRS reporting framework. This has greatly reduced the amount of labor resource spent analyzing and converting individual accounts at each data capture
- Led a mission that was aim at reviewing all financial systems and controls at IPRO SARL (EQUATORIAL GUINEA and IVORY COAST). In this project, we introduced an alternative costing system that made the company realize some of its contracts were loss making and this led to changes in the pricing model and eventually positive margins
- Established a new budgeting system, aimed at forecasting the labor, material and cash needs to aid in management decision over the different project sites. This improved working capital, labor usage and increased productivity of about 15%
