• Manage and monitor the performance indicator (KPI’s) of the RPFH LRU’s Contract.

• Follow-up on and monitor in WIP to ensure parts return to customer within respective timeframe.

• Coordinating material transportation as necessary to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Monitoring part shipments identified delays and discrepancies and worked to resolve issues proactively.

• Providing on-site support for field and depot-level maintenance as the Materials Integrator, ensuring material availability and efficient inventory management.

• Collaborating with France-based supply chain team and spares organizations to expedite critical parts, clearly communicating customer requirements to meet deadlines.

• Monitoring and evaluating material availability daily, tracking part demands, inventory levels, and part demands that were not filled, identifying potential shortages and resolving supply issues.

• Working closely with various stakeholders and vendor to meet customer requirements for maintenance and engineering operations.

• Working with cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of materials to meet project requirements

• Utilizing SAP ERP for order processing and monitoring.

• PO creation & promised date management, Stock transfers / interplant transfers, managing safety stock levels, Shortage and risk management - WIP tracking & Schedule alignment, Inventory pull-in & push-out and Resolving delivery risks in supply chain.
• Work closely with Suppliers to improve material flow and Drive Supply Chain KPI to improve suppliers' performance.
• Proactively monitor material delivery according to production schedule plan to ensure no material shortage and Ordering of parts, scheduling it with the suppliers, based on the requirement planning.
• Manages part change requests and ramp up/ramp down activities to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
• Ensure accuracy of SAP parameters, Annual inventory reconciliation at suppliers.

• Work with Quality to disposition of non-conformance material in a timely manner.

• Preparing and publish ESR.
• Organize reliability meetings on monthly basis. Reviewing of daily defects, technical delays and technical dispatch reliability.
• Reviewing of daily defects, technical delays and technical dispatch reliability.
• Identifying alert value exceedance of ATA chapters on monthly basis.
• Daily verifying work orders & removal parts for ensuring components under warranty.
• Coordinate with engineering stores & line maintenance team in case of customer-induced damage.
• Maintain complete tracking of warranty claim components.

• To keep Track of each incoming and outgoing parts and maintain their records in RAMCO.
• Coordinate with the custom department and provide all related documents to custom department for clearance and early dispatch of unserviceable spare parts.
• Ensure all the U/S spares and DG items are packed with laid down process and coordinate with Freight Forwarded / Custom department for clearance.
• Tracking of inbound and outbound shipment with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure that spare part is received at destination within stimulated time.
• Following with Boeing team for providing and getting the upgraded SB part and placing SB order into Boeing's System to get those parts within time-period.
• To generate various MIS related to component support of Boeing REP Program and share those Information/ report with Stakeholders
