• Serve as a liaison directly between shop, QC, the customer, STC-holders, and the OEM to support the maintenance crews in accomplishing given tasks.
• Accomplish repair assessment of new and existing major repairs to comply with aging aircraft requirements upon customer request.
• Lead smaller teams performing similar work.
• Attend MRB and customer review meetings.
• Design and evaluate repairs for metallic and composite structures on bussines jet transport aircraft.
• Handle Drafting, Laying Out, and Specifying Technical Devices, Parts, and Equipment - Provide documentation, detailed instructions, drawings, or specifications to tell others about how devices, parts, equipment, or structures are to be fabricated, constructed, assembled, modified, maintained, or used.

Tasks:

• SLAT Design: Design aerodynamic slat solutions, integrating mechanisms and protection plans.
• Wing Box Fuel Tank Design: Design tank structure, integrate fuel system components and develop layout and protection plans.
• Floor Design: Design floor panels, galleys, lavatories, and cargo compartments, incorporating insulation materials.
• FTI Design: Design and integrate Flight Test Instrumentation system with accuracy, reliability, and safety.
• Cockpit Design: Conceptualize cockpit design with ergonomic positioning, safety features, and system integration.

Achievements:

• Designed and integrated reliable slat mechanism into Dassault Falcon 10X aircraft.
• Optimized fuel distribution and prevented fuel leaks or contamination with fuel system integration into wing box fuel tank structure.
• Improved passenger comfort and reduced noise and heat transfer with development of floor system with acoustic and thermal insulation materials.
