  • Consistent high performance and increased influence on The Access Group's CRM operation, resulted in my promotion to Access’ highest IC level, 8. Making me the youngest Enterprise level Sales Executive at The Access Group.
  • FY 2025 (July 2024-June 2025) I attained 134% result versus target, delivering 805k ARR versus a 600k target. The 805k ARR figure was generated through 132 new business CRM sales, despite being on sabbatical for 11 weeks of the financial year.
  • Secured my place on The Access Group’s Presidents Club for the second year running, with this being my second year of eligibility for The Access Group leaderboards. Presidents club is a 4 day all expenses holiday paid for, with other Presidents Club achievers, reserved for the top 4% of the 1000+ individuals in sales and account management roles at The Access Group.
  • Across 132 deals closed, I averaged 8.5 days to close a sale from point of demonstration, inclusive of non-working days.

  • Closed 34 opportunities generated from account managers within the Access Group, demonstrating the ability to cross-sell with other functions and collaborate in the sales function to close deals.
  • Achieved 106% in year one and 113% in year two against a combined % monthly target for net new logo subscriptions and a revenue target for implementation plans, across the two full financial years I have completed with ProspectSoft. Consistently maintained a sales close rate of 38% on ‘YYY’ sales opportunities across three years and a demonstration close rate of 82%.

  • I worked a zero-hour contract for ProspectSoft throughout my final year of studies, so I could keep driving sales through remote working, typically from the university library.
