Temitope is an accomplished female Engineer of Nigerian nationality with 21+ years of experience in frontline oil and gas operations, maintenance, asset integrity management, well integrity management, stakeholder engagement, collaboration/integration of cross-functional departments for Integrated Activity Plan (Medium Term/Short Term) plan build.

Currently a Senior Process Optimization Engineer responsible for systematic improvement to all aspects of an operational process to improve output, utilize fewer resources and increase plant life and performance for Shell Petroleum Development Company (Port-harcourt-East Asset) comprising nine oil flow stations, two associated gas gathering plants, two non-associated gas gathering/conditioning plants, and one oil terminal

• Cross-function collaboration: Coordinated a cross-functional team (Production Technologist, Programmer, and Asset operations) to carry out a gas-lift optimization project of Agbada 2 flow station (95% of flowing wells are on gas-lift) for a period of 8 weeks, this activity added 800bopd without any extra OPEX spend and the project also received a SILVER award from the Production Services team
• Optimizing total production from the K2S (Kolocreek to Soku) wells on the K2S/K2G (Kolocreek to Gbaran) split operations by carrying out extensive study of Soku tank operations and optimizing both facilities (Gbaran and Soku) and ensuring they operate within the safe envelope using the limit diagrams. (K2S wells have increased production from about 400mmscf to circa 550mmscf).
• Turnaround Management: Coordinated and managed planned turn-around maintenance shutdowns (comprising of de-sanding, an inspection of pressure vessels, relief valves, 8K Solar mass 100 turbine inspection, and other opportunistic shutdown activities) of Agbada 1 (5,500bopd), Agbada 2 (22,00bopd) flow-stations, Agbada Associated Gas Gathering plant (41mmscf) and Agbada Booster Compressor (12mmscf), achieved safely 1 day earlier than schedule thereby gaining 1-day production from the planned annual forecast.
• Integrated Delivery: Part of team who made companywide impact and influenced the SCiN (Shell Companies in Nigeria) 2022 Must Wins through digitalization drive encompassing capability building, change leadership, product development, coaching and support, won SVP (Senior Vice-President) Digitalization & Technology Impact Award-Nov 2022.
• Authored/coauthored and sustained operationalization of site-specific SOPs -Standard Operating Procedures (25 procedures for the Agbada HUB), project was so successful that other assets in the Land Asset hub deployed the same strategy.
• Developed the operating procedure for the IN-FIELD ultrasonic valve integrity test, which enables local resources (field operations staff) to ascertain the integrity of field valves without extra OPEX spend, the same strategy is used in the Land Asset fields to date.
• Led a team (new joiners, intern, asset operations, and production chemistry field focal point) to develop an online chemical dosing optimization tool for Imo-river 1,2 & 3 flow stations, this led to improved chemical injection performance, reduced OPEX spend on chemicals, and ensured continuous

I enjoy teaching teenagers, in my local church I've been the zonal coordinator for children and teenagers for the past 10years. While working @ the frontline (in the oil fields), I enjoy teaching young graduates and new joiners about oil and gas process, gas-lift optimizations and other aspects of the industry.

For dancing, I love good music and I dance regularly, my maternal grandma was a professional dancer.
