Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze data, and assess processes.
- Facilitating sessions with SME's and process owners to map the E2E AS – IS process to identify areas for optimization, standardization, and stabilization.
- Reviewing the AS-IS map with SME/process owner for sign off.
- Assess interdependencies and performing gap analysis (People, Process, Tech).
- Designing TO-BE process in line with: Sarbanes Oxley and Zone Internal Control, Functional Excellence Programs Best in class external and internal benchmarks.
- Assisting the team to draft project plan for the identified transformation initiative which can include business process reengineering, organizational restructuring, and technology adoption.
- Performing project related administrative tasks like creation and maintaining of project documents, templates, and project trackers.
- Providing regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, communicating project status, findings, and recommendations.
- Escalating blockers and risks to relevant stakeholder to clear the blockers and mitigate the identified risk.
- Assisting team draft change management plan by mapping stakeholders to identify affected stakeholders, assessing change readiness and drafting change comms.
- Supporting change management efforts by assisting with training and facilitating adoption of new processes and systems.
