  • In this multifaceted role, I maintain the role of business partner, and lead two newly created strategic categories: Contract Sales Organizations (CSO) and Real World Evidence (RWE) Studies, managing a total spend of approximately €150 million.
  • Developed robust category strategies for CSO and RWE studies, engaging with new stakeholders and positioning procurement as a value added function to the organization
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of procurement initiatives and alignment with business priorities.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, I have been appointed interim PMO to procurement leadership covering a paternity leave of 6 months
  • For the interim role, I ensured functional reporting of procurement results to the Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) and Procurement Leadership team, providing accurate and timely updates of key performance indicators

  • Relocated to France, I was appointed as business partner to the french affiliate and empowered to take ownership of the financial planning and analysis processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closings and P&L forecasting, including sales forecasts and operational expenditure (OPEX) management. Some specific activities in this role included:
  • Managed the monthly closing process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and delivering accurate financial results to support decision-making.
  • Led P&L forecasting process, including sales forecasting for one of the business unites and all OPEX management, to provide actionable insights and ensure alignment with business targets.
  • Acted as a dedicated partner to the leadership team and budget owners, providing financial guidance and analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
  • Worked closely with cross-functional teams, including the Finance hub service center in Poland and Finance corporate team in Denmark, procurement, BI and SFE, marketing, and supply chain, to align financial goals with operational strategies, streamline processes, and drive efficiency.
