Summary

The professional life started for myself with a bachelor in Heavy Tools concept which fueled passion for sharing knowledge as a teacher. Curiosity then led to work as data administrator in the Ministry of Defense. Over the past 13 years were dedicated to passion for flying and aviation progressing through various roles at a small Swiss independent CAMO.

Initially involved in technical records, fulfillment, and business aviation maintenance planning occurred, with responsibilities later expanding to include maintaining and revising maintenance manuals and preparing training documentation.

Since 2015, advancement to the engineering department occurred, with responsibilities including engineering CAMO tasks and serving as the communication point for aircraft transfer projects. In this role, customer requirements were effectively met while harmonizing the needs of all parties involved.

From 2019 to 2022, a key role was played in the data mapping and migration from AMASIS to AMOS for 22 Boeing 737-400 aircraft, followed by 11 Boeing 737-800. In 2023, a strategy was adopted to facilitate the accurate integration of data for new B737-800 aircraft joining the fleet, while concurrently revising the fleet's Maintenance Program.

As Project Manager of an aviation Maintenance Information System, oversight of complex projects from conception to execution was carried out, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and regulatory requirements. Skills in agile methodologies were honed, facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams and adapting to changing project dynamics to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
