• Organizing the European Mayors Summit, a high-level political event, in partnership with the Eurocities network of European cities by managing strategic, budgetary, and administrative aspects of the event, and participating in the redaction of the Declaration of European Mayors (90 delegations - 100 000 euros budget),
• Participating in the organization of Europe Month in close collaboration with local European associations and the European Parliament by building a programmation in a Project Team and monitoring associations' initiatives on European topics (6500 visitors over a month of activities - 70 000 euros budget),
• Participating in the organization of the 2024 edition of the World Forum for Democracy on "Democracy and Diversity," in partnership with the Council of Europe (500 people reached).

• Participating in the bid preparation for the European Capital of Culture label 2028 by coordinating public actors,
• Launching Saint-Denis' participation in the Eurocities Culture network through the signature of the Lille Call for Action, for low carbon and more inclusive cities,
• Writing a customized roadmap on promoting local heritage through enrollment in European heritage networks.

Contributing to cultural engineering projects for public institutions by:

• Preparing and drafting background and field studies on the feasibility of projects on: public reading, cultural mediation, accessibility of cultural venues,
• Coordinating answers to calls for projects,
• Creating customized meetings and solutions for our partners and clients in order to draw positive and consensus-based conclusions.

Participating in developing international sponsorship for the Centre Pompidou by:

• Planning events, trips and visits of the collections for our international sponsors,

• Creating digital content in English and French about the artists exhibited at the museum (during the Covid pandemic),

• Translating interviews and presentations in English and in French,

• Following up donation projects with our international sponsors.
