- Capability development : Conduct periodic refresher training session for location Project Security Supervisors (PSS) as need arises.
- Operationalizing security plan: Review and update facility security plan of various field locations across the Production Unit. Monitor implementation of the various approved and valid contractor security plans.
- Manning: Monitor the availability of security personnel and resources and ensure their efficient deployment. Document such availability transparently, for monthly payments.
- Research, evaluate and analyze security information from sources to produce intelligence in support of security operations

Accomplishments
- Cost Savings/Green House Gas Emissions Reduction: Initiated and successfully developed cost reduction strategy to convert military camps from use of diesel generator to direct power supply from flow stations. This initiative was developed to save the business average of $40,000 annually per camp and Reduce Green House Gas Emission. Initiative now operational in three military camps at the Imo-Okoloma Production Unit.
- Managing Complex Security Environment : Conducted an average of 3,000 escort support, with over 25,000 patrols and 2,500 security briefings annually across operational area.
- GSAs: I manage over 200-armed security personnel distributed around all the Project functional areas.
- Camps : Six security contractor camps in the distribution to provide services for security personnel.
- VPSHR: No record of voluntary principle on security and human right violation reported till date.
- Integrated Project Delivery: Led the Project scope to help drive the successful deployment of drone technology for surveillance of ANOH Project site.
- Facility re-entry: Successfully managed the Return to Site of ANOH project to complete the Upstream and Pipeline activities. I managed the security scope to ensure an enabling environment for operation was created.
- Goal Zero/Duty of Care: Initiated, static and revering patrol of GSAs to support movement of personnel and material on the Umauapu-Assa North Ohaji Egbema Road to secure personnel and material.
- Inaugural wellhead cage deployment: Led the asset scope and the integrated delivery of the first Inaugural wellhead cage deployment in SPDC. This deployment had led to well head theft incidents reduction by more than 70%, and translating to increased productions systems availability, thereby creating more value to the business.
