• Innovative Tool Development for Strategic Insight: Initiated and co-designed the Gender Equality Marker (GEM) pilot tool, standardizing gender equality metrics and enabling objective scoring of +150 UN projects. Developed tools for determining projects' funding allocation to specific SDGs, showcased in the UNDAF Annual Result Report 2020 (Nepal).
• Capacity Development Leadership: Designed communication materials and led learning sessions on tools and system for 200+ staff, including senior management, from 18 UN agencies in Nepal, Jordon and Bangladesh.

Key role in organizing the first International Conference on the Constitution of Nepal (2015), inaugurated by the President of Nepal and featuring the Prime Minister's closing address.
