Responsibilities

• Managing physical security system annual maintenance contract at customer site as per the contract requirements and ensuring all the SLAs are met
• Preparing techno commercial proposals for physical security systems at site as per local government approved guidelines (SIRA in Dubai and ADMCC in Abudhabi)
• System audits and troubleshooting.
• Scheduling planned maintenance and system upgrades ensuring completion with in SLA
• Providing system trainings and risk analysis reports.
• Assisting customer for any incident investigations whenever required and setting up temporary solutions during events and VIP visits.

• Armed Forces Officers Club-Abu Dhabi

Responsibilities

• Managing the Security Systems AMC by ensuring the client KPI and SLAs are met
• Ensuring the systems 100% system availability and dispatching team of technicians for breakdown calls and scheduled maintenance activities
• Educating client about system improvements and updates and preparing technical presentations for additional requirements
• Overlook the project installation and making sure that it meets the technical design
• Conduction risk assessment and ensuring all HSE documents and updated and all work activities are carried out ensuring 100% safety.

• Coordinating and supervising the corrective and preventive maintenance of CCTV, Automatic Fare Collection (AFC), Access control and fire alarm systems in Dubai Metro stations, Car parks and Depots
• Installation and maintenance work records detailing of all activities carried out on site which include drawings, O&Ms, Reports, Task sheets, Completion certificates, Accident and Incident Reports etc
• Proper maintenance of faulty and repaired spares’ stock.
