Hello, my name is Serenity Villafuerte and I am the industry’s next creative developer. I am a high achieving academic student and currently attend the Emlyon business school in Lyon, France. Amongst some of my successes, I graduated with a seal of bi-literacy in French ,national honors, music honors, French honors, and thespian honors with a 4.5 weighted GPA. I am a creative person and move to develop a more original and colorful world for the business industry. I want to fight through the wall of boring and take companies from 0 to 100.
As a scare actor, I proceeded the roles of many different imaginary characters. One of them being a witch or a pumpkin amongst other things. This job taught me to be an actor and to be creative with my approaches and ideas as I had to create the scripts and commentary myself. I also learned the difference between when to give my all and when to back off. This bettered my understanding and continues to improve my leadership as I now understand when to let others have leadership.
At Elitches, I worked as a food service worker. I also worked one on one with customers and made sure they were satisfied. My job was to make sure orders were correctly placed, customers got exactly what they ordered, and that the process went smoothly and efficiently. I was also moved to work at different parts of the park within the food service. Some places I would be alone and I would often have to make food while serving and cleaning. This job taught me efficiency and further developed my independency and a better understanding of team leadership.
As a retail worker at Spirit Halloween, my job was to stock the shelves and keep track of the section that I was assigned. In this section, I would have to clean up the floor, take care of customers, and help with any needs. This job showed me how to manage a sector by myself and develop it to be the best version of itself that it could be.
The Snowy Churro was a food truck in Westminster Colorado. I worked here for my first job for around two months. I had to open clean and manage the food truck often by myself and deliver orders while handling hot oil and other food products. I also had to balance time while stocking the food truck and taking orders. This job taught me leadership and how to move forward on my own accord and lead rather than sit back and have someone lead me. I was put into this position at the young age of 15 and developed a strong sense of independency.
I can communicate efficiently with others and develop a safe space from working in a group I am easy to discuss and debate with I am persistent and efficient in my work and always ensure to get my deliverables turned in on time and correctly I have worked with various special needs individuals in the past and have developed specialized communication skills; based on those experiences Furthermore, I am creative and move to put my unique ideas into all of my creations I look at everything through a colorful lense and want to bring originality to the business world
