With an intertwining Franco-Korean research background, Seongjin Park is a fourth-year Ph.D. student specializing in Copyright law at the University of Grenoble-Alpes. Her study mainly focuses on procedural questions of substantial similarity litigation in the domain of pop music. Her comparative study between different legal systems and professional experiences as a French-Korean interpreter for government/public interest bodies, such as the French Ministry of Culture, led her academic interest to outstretch into the international-political context of her field. In addition to her research path, Seongjin is in charge of the lectures on Korean law at the University of Lyon III.
