As Head of the Paris Club Secretariat, designed and implemented multilateral debt initiatives (G20 DSSI and Common Framework), negotiated debt restructurings (Suriname, Argentina, Somalia).

As board member representing the State as a shareholder, in charge of major operations such as the privatisation through an IPO of the national lottery (FDJ) and the transfer of control of the French Post.

As board member, in charge of negotiating for France on key reforms (such as the reform of the SDR basket) and the (IMF programs in the Euro area countries such as Greece and in the CEMAC region).

Advisor in charge of preparing board meetings on countries within the MENA Region, the Horn of Africa and the Balkans.

In charge of banking resolution cases (providing state aid to French banks), as well as negotiating for the French Treasury the banking union.

In charge of negotiating for the French Treasury the design of the European carbon market and the Green Climate Fund.
