Job overview

I’ve been developing and implementing employer branding strategies and campaigns for mid-sized and large technology companies that want to turn existing employees into ambassadors and attract top-tier talent.

Some of the tech companies I've worked with on employer branding campaigns over the years include: Mambu, TiVo Engineering, Youngculture, Nuvei, Hindawi, Appsbroker.

Every company has its particularities and every employer branding campaign is different. However, experience has helped me set up an all-encompassing, well-documented process that I'm continuously improving.

In this role, the main activities I perform include but are not limited to:
• Analyzing the market and drafting persona profiles in order to have a complete and insightful picture of the talent companies want to attract.
• Analyzing the competition to determine a unique value proposition (Employer Value Proposition) that will resonate with the company and make it stand out.
• Performing SWOT analysis.
• Setting employer branding/ marketing goals and objectives. Determine the metrics that will be used to measure the results.
• Creating employer branding/ marketing roadmaps - comprising both online and offline activities - to reach the goals.
• Brainstorming creative concepts for punctual campaigns that are part of the global strategy and are in line with the established goals. Work on these campaigns from concept, content, email marketing/ social media tactics, design to live campaign and monitoring.
• Managing social media campaigns on multiple channels, including paid ad management.
• Maintaining a close connection with clients. Organise workshops whenever needed.

This role has helped me gain strong leadership skills by managing projects from start to finish. I'm used to working within tight deadlines and a fast-paced environment while identifying issues, analyzing information and providing solutions to problems.

My role as a digital marketer has always been multi-faceted as it includes a plethora of activities:

  • Key account management for multiple clients - mostly technology companies.
  • Conducting market research by analyzing industry trends, consumer demographics and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy.
