As Manager for Allente Nordics (Norway, Sweden, Denmark & Finland) in Pakistan, have been Managing a team of 12 Resources in a Staff Augmentation Model delivering services across different opco’s distributed across multiple geographical location. The model is based on Staff, ensuring efficient deliveries as per contract. Was Hired as the recruit in the development team in 2012 and moved on to establish and lead Technical Team of the Augmentation division. Allente provides services across multiple technological platforms such as DTH (Satellite TV), Broadband, FWA, Streaming Services, & IPTV Solutions
- Ensuring software practices are aligned with Allente’s Enterprise Architecture.
- Project Management & Delivery è Scoping, Estimating, Costing & maintenance.
