Directed the overall financial and IT operations for the Global INEOS Oligomers and Oxide businesses covering 7 international manufacturing sites, approximately 1200 employees and more than 20 legal entities. Financial activities included management and tax reporting, treasury and credit management, insurance . IT services include management of an internal SAP support team as well as desktop and networking services.

DIrected and coordinated the overall internal financial reporting for BP's Chemical operations. Also participated with initial steps to take the company public prior to being acquired by INEOS in December 2005.

BP's lead position within the North American PE operations. Led the overall financial, credit and tax activities and served as Board and Leadership Team member.

Directed the global financial activities for BP Amoco's polypropylene businesses as well as the North American procurement activities.

Managed BP's financial investments in Ethylene Malaysia and Polyethylene Malaysia. Board member of both entities. Also was key member establishing the Polypropylene investment in Bataan Philippines.

As part of PT Peni's leadership team and Board, led the overall financial activities for the joint venture between BP, Sumitomo, MItsui, and the local Indonesian shareholders- PT Arseto Petrokimia and Sigit Harjojudanto. Activities including overall management and tax reporting, treasury, credit and collections, as well as IT. Investment was the first Polyethylene facility constructed in Indonesia which started manufacturing in early 1993.. Managed the overall financing which was via shareholder as well international bank loans

Led the overall financial analysis and reporting for BP's European Olefins and Styrenics business operations including Ethylene, propylene, and C4's.

Led the overall international audit programme for BP Chemicals focused primarily on the European manufacturing and commercial activities. Identified control weaknesses or errors and proposed recommended improvements.

Various roles including site accountant for SOHIO's acrylonitirile facilith in Green Lake, Texas and Financial Reporting and Tax manager based in Cleveland Ohio. Directed the overall finance reporting and analysis for the North American acrylonitrile and ammonia businesses.
