Ravi Teja Marrapu

Summary

In my current role, I am accountable for the end-to-end delivery of projects pertaining to the Global GV portfolio of internal projects (internal tools and solutions, client products, integrations with other products; business change and improvements), Time solution (GV Workforce Management) and HR integrations ( Workday, SFSF and Oracle). In delivering these projects I lead teams and manage stakeholders from all levels and from multiple areas of the organization. I Lead all project phases, from inception to completion. Direct day-to-day activities of projects and staff in a matrix organization I know how to build teams and processes which could make a difference to my organization and its clients.


SAP HCM is my launchpad for HR and Payroll tech however through that I garnered experience in Application Support, Managing Tech Changes, Legislative Compliance, HR Integrations, HR and Payroll Operations, HR Transformation Projects, Consulting and People Management.


I'll bend over backwards to help others dreams come true, but I also understand the importance of standing your ground and holding your own. That Balance is important for me. At the core, I am a Father, a Husband and a Son and that's all it comes down to. I take the warmth of my family to serve the communities and societies around me and make them my own.
