  • Creating an interface sheet that has requirements, responsibilities, and technical data concerning the interfaces between Cooling water system and it's clients, starting from markup P&ID, layout fixing, completing the pipe and support analysis, clash resolution, production of 3D models, construction drawings, and bill of materials (BoMs) to be issued for construction, such as piping isometrics, GA drawings, support drawings, and pipe and fittings bill of materials, with the following provided schedule and timeline.
  • Preparing the technical specification and Statement of Work (SOW) for the Thermomechanical and Flange, TCWS filters procurement contract.
  • Responsible for in-line component (flanges, blind flanges, orifice plate, paddle spacer, gasket) procurement contract of 2M euros, which includes responsibilities such as preparing technical specifications, bid evaluation, engineering qualification, project schedule, project documentation, regular follow-up, query resolution, quality control, FAT, material readiness review (MRR), manufacturing, and delivery.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance design specifications and requirements.
  • Developed internal processes and plans for mechanical verification, product development, and factory processes.
  • Performing pipe stress analysis in CAESAR II for the Tokamak cooling water system, which comprises 40 km of the primary cooling loop and over 20 km of double-contained piping, will be the first primary cooling system of a nuclear station that is also a heating (baking) system, as well as a drying system (through nitrogen blowing).
  • Piping stress analysis models range in size from 15 DN to 550 DN and temperature from 50 degrees Celsius to 600 degrees Celsius, having critical equipment such as boilers, turbines, pumps, compressors, condensers, heat exchangers, pressurizers, heaters, tanks, cyclone separators, and condensers, running in confined buildings or open spaces.
  • Performed/reviewed various piping stress analyses: deadweight, flexibility, seismic (static and dynamic response spectrum), wind, pressure safety valve, steam/water hammer (static, time history), modal, rupture postulation, and slug.
