• Conducted workshops to assess existing business processes and procedures, providing recommendations for enhancements, and establishing the 'to-be' process framework using SAP S/4HANA.

• Designed and developed a consolidated profitability follow-up framework, led a cross-functional team to develop and implement the solution, which helps to follow the net chain margin at a product level.
• Designed one of our first detailed product profitability dashboards for the Roof Pool, led internal reviews on profitability for various product families, and provided inputs on margin improvement with cross-functional interlocutors.
• Designed a framework to forecast P&L based on the EDI information in Sweden, and proactively drive profitability during the month instead of only analyzing it retroactively.
• Business Process Owner and Technical Advisor for SAP FI-CO evolutions and maintenance. In charge of the coordination and validation of functional and technical design for Finance on SAP projects (South Korea, China, Argentina).

• Controlling Domain Lead for the adaptation and roll-out of the SAP Core Model used in Sekurit for the Transport and Euroveder businesses in Poland. Managed all integration aspects between Finance and other modules, such as MM, PP, and SD.
• Controlling Domain Lead for parallel rollouts of the SAP Avenir Core Model in two of Sekurit Entities (India and Brazil) based on the SAP ERP ECC6 solution with all main logistic and financial modules (MM, SD, PP, FI, CO). Lead a team of consultants in local competence centers in Brazil and India.

Lafarge Roofing:

• Greenfield implementation of SAP ERP ECC6 solution across 12 sites. Worked as a Domain Lead for Finance and Controlling (FICO) Modules.
• Responsible for all phases of the project: from blueprint to final delivery, and post-go-live support. Developed detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects. Mentored a team of consultants (both internal and external).

Faurecia:

• Greenfield implementation of the SAP ERP ECC6 solution, which was piloted in six sites and progressively rolled out in more than 150 sites worldwide.
• Was responsible for gap analysis, target model definition, and implementation during the pilot phase of profitability analysis and overhead management.

• Air Liquide: At Infosys, I was part of the core SAP team that assumed post-go-live support for Air Liquide, transitioning the responsibility from two French IT companies, Accenture, and Logica. Serving as the on-site coordinator for the SAP finance and controlling team, I played a critical role in facilitating a seamless transfer of operations. This successful transition led to the Air Liquide project becoming one of the largest in the Enterprise Solutions vertical at Infosys during that period.
