• Cross-functional leadership & global partnership lead with suppliers to develop higher grades of key & complex direct materials (e.g. Poloxamers, Polysorbates, glass primary packaging...).
  
• Cross-functional Category Sourcing Lead for Chemicals & Primary Packaging.
  
• Reduced complexity of Chemicals supplier base (88 to 20) to enhance negotiation leverage and to reduce costs.
  
• Compliance: Negotiation, maintenance and creation of 15 global MSA's. Engagement with Direct Materials Suppliers to ensure Regulatory Compliance (e.g. ChP for excipients)

• Management of all regulatory drug registration activities for Russia, Eastern Europe & Indian Continent.

• 5 Year Team Management experience (3 lab technicians)

• Quality Control, development and validation of analytical methods for Pharma drug substances (HPLC, MS, LC, UV, MS, Titration..). Stability evaluation of drug substance and drug product.
