HR Manager with 20 years of operational experience in all aspects of Human Resources in large-scale international projects, including Global Mobility, Immigration, HR Services, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Industrial Relations. His experience also expands to other areas, like Government Relations and Local Content/Nationalization.

Has managed all TotalEnergies HR campaigns in the affiliate. He served as the Data Privacy Liaison for Mozambique and Mauritius, and handles all HR SOX aspects. Has worked in international and multicultural environments, and has lived and worked in South Africa, United States of America and France.

After over two decades in Human Resources, I am eager to transition into Business Development, Joint Venture, or Partner Relations roles because these areas allow me to leverage my experience in stakeholder management and negotiation on a broader scale. This transition represents a natural evolution of my career, aligning with my passion for collaboration.
