Currently, I am on the bench and undergoing training to become a Scrum Master through the SAFe program. I am assisting the leadership team and local team in Clermont with achieving their delivery goals. Additionally, I am coaching teams in self-organization and self-management, and helping them coordinate and participate in Agile Release Train (ART) events, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of Agile adoption.

• Track and evaluate team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements as needed by functional, Technical and other essential Trainings.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback from all business units (65 sites from 3 Zones) and implementing actionable changes accordingly to gain the Business satisfaction.
• Facilitate effective decision-making processes within the group through open dialogue, active listening, and consensus-building techniques.
• Motivate and inspire team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure thorough documentation of support processes, issue resolutions, and best practices for future reference in SNOW or in JIRA.
• Led cross-functional teams to execute projects on time, ensuing minimal outage with Zero Data loss and with high-quality outcomes.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize overall team output while minimizing costs & efforts.
• Empowered team members by delegating responsibilities according to individual strengths and areas of expertise.
• Set performance expectations for the team, monitoring progress towards goals and providing constructive feedback as needed.
• Contribute to the development of company-wide best practices by actively participating in leadership meetings and sharing insights from the team's experiences.
• Conduct risk assessments for each project phase with the help of Security, proactively identifying potential obstacles before they become significant challenges.

As a Cloud application Analyst, I was working on Application modernization in Cloud using various skill sets and I was a part of Team where I was responsible to migrate the On-Prem Server to the Cloud using PowerShell scripting and Double-Take migration tool.

After that, I started working for Michelin client from June 2016.

• Collaborated closely with Michelin SDM & various BSS, integrate security-focused software development practices into the application lifecycle management processes.
• Infra Support on Azure Cloud servers including Monthly Patching, Vulnerability fixes, Inc & change Support.
