• Education: Sale of two platforms in the higher education sector in sub-Saharan Africa (East Africa and West Africa) - Equity value: ~EUR 12 million
• Hospitality: Disposal of an African hospitality Group (West Africa) to a consortium of financial and strategic investors - Equity value: ~EUR 160 million
• Financial services: fundraising on behalf of a development bank in East Africa, specializing in trade finance and infrastructure financing (~USD 40 million)
• Healthcare: fundraising on behalf of an African start-up, which operates in digital health in Sub-Saharan Africa (~EUR 2 million)

• Conducted financial due diligence for corporate clients and private equity firms
• Performed historical financial statements analysis, construction of business plan and projected cash flows
