My current role is Billing Senior Supervisor, where I am responsible for overseeing and managing the billing department. I ensure that there are no financial discrepancies among the staff and provide training to help my team members enhance their individual skills. My focus is on ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate operation of the entire billing department.
