For 35 years, I have held different roles in HR and management while teaching, learning and publishing on the subject. Currently global SVP of Change management and communication for transformative HR initiatives (HRIS solution and GBS). I have been Global Chief Learning Officer, Secretary General, HR Director, HR auditor, HR project manager, CSR director, and Facilitator of the European Works Council in large Companies. For 14 years through my company 'Pass Lumière' I worked as an executive coach and consultant in varied sectors: food, retail, industry, luxury, energy, banking, pharmaceutical, and startups. I have taught HR, Change management, and coaching for 30 years as a Doctor in Organizational Strategies at universities and business schools. I have also written articles and contributed to several reference books in HRM and coaching. In all these HR roles, I've looked forward envolving colleagues to create streamlined, scalable and efficient HR practices by coordinating technology, processes and people.
