- Developed, implemented, and successfully scaled a new BRM process

- Led the migration of BRM from Google Sheets to Jira. Designed and configured the Jira architecture (workflows, automation, dashboards), which increased process efficiency and reduced initiative processing time from 5 to 3 days

- Created internal BRM toolkit, including a capacity planning model, a data analysis system for KPI tracking, and an automated initiative prioritization framework

- Applied Change Management methodology for the implementation and integration of BRM with adjacent processes (Product Management, Vendor Management)

- Created and maintained a Knowledge Base in Confluence, which accelerated new employee onboarding by 40%

Result: Successfully implemented a working BRM process across key bank domains.

Project: Development and implementation of a Mail Transfer Agent (MTA) for mass email distribution.
- Managed MTA requirements and developed detailed technical specifications

- Developed the scalable architecture, technical specifications, and API design

- Created process documentation (BPMN/UML) and managed project artifacts in Jira/Confluence

- Established effective cross-functional collaboration with Developers, QA, and DevOps, and participated in testing (UAT, API testing)

Result: Successfully launched the MTA MVP, which ensured rapid market entry and the ability to send mass emails.

Project: "Automation of the credit process for legal entities".
- Managed the full lifecycle of collecting, identifying, and formalizing system and functional business requirements through customer interviews. Developed Business Process Maps

- Managed vendor selection by developing an automated evaluation system, preparing test assignments, and finalizing technical requirements through interviews

- Conducted product testing, created test scenarios for customer demonstrations, and prepared training materials for optimized processes

Result: Successfully selected the vendor and finalized business requirements, preparing them for direct transfer to development.

Project: "ISP Partners"

- Conducted customer needs analysis, developed and managed system and product requirements (including changes and enhancements)

- Described business logic, wrote specifications and developed technical tasks (TOR) and specifications

- Analyzed business processes for automation, built models and diagrams (entity, activity, sequence) and created technical requirements for API

- Performed software testing, managed databases and prepared analytical reports

Result: Drove implementation of critical enhancements for the mobile TV services app, fulfilling business stakeholder needs and boosting support service performance

- Conducted analysis of business processes and architecture, developing a full package of functional and technical specifications and controlling task execution

- Led the team of testers, participated in testing, provided development support, and performed risk assessment

- Prepared complete project documentation and conducted user training, creating necessary instructions

Result: Successfully configured the system to meet National Bank of Ukraine requirements, ensuring correct reporting. Developed and tested the credit system for the "consumer loan" product on the test environment.
