On behalf of Wipro technologies I had the responsibility of the Managed Service for 3 applications: NOVAH, BSS and NFF.

I was involved as a Project Manager for NOVAH/BSS and Support Team lead for NFF.

• Project Manager of Support to production team (10 peoples: combining FO+Offshore)
• Support and assistance to the team in incident analysis and identification of a solutions
• Realization of a convergence study between NOVAH and NFF

Canal+ is a french TV provider that aimed to migrate the Order To cash process from the legacy sysetem into a solution based on a CRM (Siebel)+ EAI (IBM solution)+ Billing (Oracle BRM) + Entitlment system

On behalf of Capgemini, I was invloved as a solution architect and later on as a project manager.

BATELCO stands for Bahrain Telecom Company is the historical telephony operator in Bahrain Kingdom.

Capgemini, was involved to upgrade the billing system into a higher version: from Oracle BRM 6.0 to Oracle BRM 6.2.

I was involved in the following areas:

• Technical lead of Capgemini & Batelco resources (8 people)
• Conduction of a training session for the client
• Realization of the upgrade strategy
• Implementation of the software version system (SVN).
• Reorganization of the development platforms to allocate individual environments for each developer
• Adaptation of the mediation system for the recording of the internet usage
