In this role, I was responsible for overseeing both informational and physical logistics flows. This included liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders to gather comprehensive details about the merchandise. Additionally, I managed the computerized reception of goods, ensuring accurate data entry, and was in charge of inventory management and optimizing storage locations for efficiency.

I actively participated in meetings and played a key role in developing new practices. I contributed to the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and supported continuous improvement efforts. In addition, I managed consumable products and handled various documentation, ensuring precise data entry into databases.
