• Detailed description of the project: LGV + Paris-Lyon is a project to modernise the Paris-Lyon high-speed line. The objectives are to increase the reliability and performance of the line by increasing the capacity of the traffic/hour to 25 journeys.

• Task : MOET / Supervising TVX:
• Drafting of the monitoring plan and follow-up of the plan.
• Control of the documents for the follow-up of the construction site and the safety missions on the LGV + Paris / Lyon project.
• Managing all forms and their respective follow-up documents throughout the construction site. Control of the progress of the works.
• Drafting of the VSs (Visits Sheets) for the MOE's rounds and the control points carried out. Standardize the follow-ups and ensure that the MOET follow-ups are complete (DS, FNC, CC, SP,OP,VS) Computer archiving on the internal network of the LGV + project (update of follow-up tables)
• Production of SPs (Stopping Points) in accordance with the plans approved by the project manager. Formwork plan, MALT, Networks, reinforcement. SP of (Bottom of excavation, Control of excavation dimensions, Control of MALT in excavation, invert reinforcement, floor reinforcement,
• control of MALT elevation and floor, control of footing reinforcement).
• Production of the OPs (Observation Points ) (Layout of the building in compliance with the surveyor's layout report, Setting up markers on the site, Reinforcements and control of elevation sections, elevation MALT elements, Control of sections and installation of metal framework, control of Ext quality finishing plaster sections, control of general electricity section, LPO of Fire Safety Conformity of material and implementation of equipment)
• Production of defect sheets (DSs) (if necessary) with FNC.
• Control and processing of FNC after the company's response to the DS.
• Production of the CR (Contradictory Report) on compulsory and non-compulsory tasks (handing over the platform to the construction company, handing over the keys, bad weather, unforeseen circumstances, etc.).
• Control and participation in the VISA during the works.
• Control of the situations for validation of the monthly statements.
• Follow-up of the work reservations thanks to the reservation table created by myself.
• Production PAOs (Pre-Acceptance Operation). Partial acceptance with reservations, and follow- up of the reservations on the date indicated in the PAO.

• Participation in the SIV (Site Installation Visit) before earthworks.
• Validation and control of the SIP (Site Installation Plan) with the SPS Coordinator.

Control of documents for site monitoring and platform safety missions on the LGV + Paris / Lyon project.

Production of VS (Visit Sheets) for the MOE's rounds and the control points carried out.

• Production of the OPs (Observation Points) for Dimensional control, Soil type control.

Production of SPs (Stopping Points) for soil compaction control and bearing capacity tests, to ensure the compaction value requested in EV1/EV2 and compaction report.

• Production PAOs for the platform (Pre-Acceptance Operation) Partial acceptance of the site with or without reservations, and follow-up of the reservations on the date indicated in the PAO.
