Insurance Project
Developed an insurance agency from the ground up focusing on covering commercial insurance for truckers that sold more than 300 policies in a year, implementing new sales methods and finding high potential customers, managed the teams openly and transparently and set goals for both sales team and customer relation team, supervised the performance of our teams and increased our core states (states that we could sell insurance policies directly) from 9 to 42 states in all over the US.
Drayage project
Established a new Drayage department from scratch as a team leader that managed to deliver thousands of containers using the fleet of trusted and professional truckers, signed contracts with hundreds of truckers, met with all the timelines of imports and exports by monitoring and supporting the process by time management and following all the protocols to prevent any delays, negotiating with the consignees and carriers in order to get the best fee for both sides and handled all the issues happened in ports and terminals in order to load or unload the containers and deliver it on time with the customers satisfaction.
