My Role at Jersey Hospice as a HCA involves putting patients at the center of everything we do. Making sure they receive the best care to my ability, to be a excellent listener and work as a team with my colleagues.

My job role at Ronceray involved looking after residents with Dementia, giving them the best care possible, helping with meals and activates throughout the day. Speaking to the residents families was an important part of the role.

My role as a salon assistant involved taking bookings on the phone, making sure the salon was tidy and presentable, talking to clients and assisting the hairdressers with anything they needed.
