• Conducting pre-acceptance inspections and site supervision, including attending site meetings.

• Supervision of renovation projects, including interior thermal insulation and floor and wall coverings.
• Ensuring that deadlines are met and that the quality of the work performed is maintained.

• Creating structural and formwork drawings in AutoCAD.
• Preparing estimates in Batigest and conducting price comparisons for formwork panels.
• Preparing for construction projects and contacting suppliers.

• Responsible for insulating single-family homes and apartments in accordance with RT 2012.
• Assistance with the installation of windows, doors, and utility ducts.

On-site land area calculations for accurately determining material requirements.
