At the boat rental, my primary responsibility was managing the rental operations, including cleaning the boats before they were rented out, providing clear instructions to guests, and receiving the boats back in the evening. In addition, I handled minor repairs at the vacation houses and addressed guest needs to ensure their satisfaction.
Occasionally, unexpected situations required quick action, such as assisting guests by driving to their location or reaching them by boat. I also dealt with engine issues, resolving as much as I could on my own. For more complex repairs, I collaborated with a mechanic to ensure everything was taken care of efficiently.
