• Preparation of Round 3-Dunkerque pre-qualified bid to French State in order to establish an offshore wind farm off the coast of Dunkerque, in France (Round 3-Dunkerque, about $1.0 BLN).
• Coordinated management of interfaces among EDPR, EON, and ENGIE within a consortium, ensuring action tracking and decision follow-ups via regular management meetings.
• Coordinate cross-functional interfaces (technical, financial, procurement, risk and insurance, schedule, local communities etc.) to deliver validated inputs for financial modeling.
• Support project economics optimization to achieve lowest LCOE and optimal EUR/MWh pricing.

Interface Manager (Paris)

• Successfully coordinated engineering and contractual interfaces between internal and external stakeholders.
• Led contractual interface execution, bid package preparation and managed technical clarifications and tender evaluations during bidding.
• Successfully managed daily execution-phase interfaces, scope changes, and project coordination, handovers and provided support for contractual disputes resolution.

Vessel Operation Manager (Congo)

• Coordination and supervision of onshore activities carried out by the Contractor (manufacturing readiness, load-outs, handovers of CPIs, etc ...)
• Coordination and supervision of offshore construction operations carried out by the Contractor across multiple construction vessels (sequence of vessels activities, logistics of equipment and CPY personnel, etc…).

• Package for the OFON 2 Offshore Project (Total, Nigeria, $ 450 MLN) relative to EPCI shallow water pipeline, spools, rigid risers, T&I of two platforms.
• Responsible for the management of the Project interfaces among several Contractors and partners.
• Supporting the Project Manager for daily project management activities.

• Project Engineer for several offshore subsea project from installation engineering, pre-commissioning : Skinfax-Rinfax Project (North Sea, EPIC-Statoil, £37MLN), , Bahr Essalam Project (Lybia, EPIC - ENI Gas, $180 MLN).
• Project Engineer for unconventional offshore oil recovery project off the wrek of a sinked oil tanker at extreme water depth, Prestige oil recovery Project - 4000m WD (Portugal, EPIC - REPSOL YPF, £60 MLN).
• Project Engineer for an offshore jacket decommissioning project, FRIGG Jacket Decommissioning Project (North Sea, TOTAL, £15 MLN)

• Responsible for several R&D projects relative to manufacturing and product technological innovations. (injection molding, vacuum forming, multibody simulations, mechatronics, TRIZ)
• Registered one patent and participated in several other.

• Involved in several European Research Projects and R&D activities for external manufacturing companies.
• Domain of applications ranging from FEM, multibody simulations, mechatronics to software development, mainly in the field of machine tools, automations and robotics.
