- Using Coilscan System to ensure that coil is within its operating limit by continues monitoring for Coil Wall Thickness, Diameter, Ovality, and Material magnetic amplitude. and Advise any changes to Aramco Forman, and Well site team leader.
- · Making recommendations regard to the safe limit of tensile push/pull loads under different dynamic well conditions.
- Following up the Drilling operational for Baker hughes's Coil Tubing Rigs,and Advise any changes to Aramco Forman, and Well site team leader.
- Updating Coil Tubing Forces Analysis (TFA) as needed to predict coil lock up using real time well information such as drilling surveys, Weight on bit, Gas rate and coil weight.
- Monitoring Orion/Cerberus software for calculating the cumulative coil fatigued sections.
- Ensuring files for Cerberus/Orion/Coilscan are up to date and that software is properly working with data logging turned on prior to each BHA run.
- Managing of data for all active and retired strings and Wells that drilled using each string. Create summary of any incident while using each string.
- Establishing strong working relationships with clients through exceptional communication skills, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Presenting technical findings to stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding of project status and goals.
