• Monitored engagement metrics and optimized communication to strengthen visibility and community growth.
• Wrote and delivered public talks and speeches to represent the movement’s voice.
• Oversaw public communication and media relations to maximize visibility and engagement.

• Founded C Levels to assist startups & scale ups in recruiting key profiles.
• Accompanied numerous startups in their développement, recruitments including Cafeyn, Jellysmack, LifeAz, Yubo, Heyteam, Windoo, Tuco Energie, Zenpark, Totem, and others.
• Recruited various levels of profiles (mostly C Levels, middle management, and operational roles).
