Responsible for the management and coordination of all activities related to the performance and maintenance of Istituto Marangoni Fashion School infrastructures and buildings, guaranteeing and monitoring compliance with current regulations and the high quality standards of the facilities

• Monitors and tracks shop cost performance through forecast and actual against budget, including FM forecasts;
• Monitors and tracks quality performance at store level based on well-defined standards and guidelines;
• Ensures the planning, execution and follow-up of FM scorecards;
• Creates and executes improvement plans based on cost and quality follow-up - Three Year Plan;
• Collects and creates ‘best practices’ and ‘learnings’ through shops and communicates this to the FM team, stakeholders and New Business teams;
• Promotes improvements and innovations together with suppliers to ensure business continuity
• Sets up, starts up and monitors the correct operation of projects to ensure business continuity and quality-quantity standards.

• Management of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work on technological installations (electrical, water, air conditioning, fire-fighting, safety).
• Budget definition and management with evaluation of offers for extra work;
• Control and analysis of maintenance costs;
• Management of the BMS (Building Automation System), lighting control, energy consumption control.
• Responsibility for the economic and technical management of all maintenance services and projects.
• Monitoring the status of shops and interventions to maintain the company's quality standard.
• Definition of operational methods aimed at achieving the assigned objectives.

Supporting the Facility Manager in the management of the real estate assets in the area of competence: organising and managing the interventions required by the Points of Sale relating to maintenance, cleaning services and security; also supervising administrative activities.
